Systems Engineer

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage the organization's end-user device infrastructure, including hardware and software. This role involves ensuring systems meet user needs and IT architecture standards, managing lifecycle validation, and providing Tier III support. You will work with technologies like Microsoft Endpoint Manager, desktop virtualization, and print management to create an outstanding end-user experience.

• Design, implement, and manage end-user device infrastructure (hardware and software)
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), imaging, patching, and software deployment
• Proficiency in desktop virtualization (Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Print Server Management
• Provide Tier III end-user support and troubleshooting
• Document systems design, configurations, and operational procedures
