Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their Intelligence Sectors team in Columbia, MD. You will work with developers, subject matter experts, and analysts to refine requirements, develop system artifacts, and create schedules. This role requires significant technical leadership and excellent communication skills to support national security missions.

What we are looking for

Derive functional, system, and performance requirements
Develop systems engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams)
Develop schedules and perform backlog grooming
Write or review documentation and create status reports
Requires Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer
