About this role

As an Atlassian Platform Engineer at Epiq, you will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. You will collaborate with various teams to build scalable solutions that enhance collaboration, project visibility, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement across our software development and IT service management lifecycles.

What we are looking for

Administer and optimize Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket
Develop workflows, automation rules, and custom integrations
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and IT teams
Implement ITIL and ITSM best practices
Perform application upgrades and disaster recovery testing
Troubleshoot and analyze system performance trends
