Cisco's Webex Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their London-based team. This role focuses on owning the design, implementation, and operational excellence of Kubernetes-based microservices configurations within a hybrid work environment. You will leverage GitOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tools to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of collaboration platforms.

What we are looking for

Own design, codification, testing, and delivery of Kubernetes microservices configurations
Drive operational perfection using GitOps and Argo CD
Implement progressive delivery, autoscaling, and resiliency
Manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes Secrets
Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and reduce deployment risk
Enforce governance with Open Policy Agent and ensure end-to-end configuration quality
