Observability Engineer

Build and maintain monitoring and observability systems for the organization's server, cloud, and network environments. This role involves instrumenting infrastructure and applications, creating dashboards and alerts, and transforming telemetry data into actionable insights to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure system health and reliability.

• Design, deploy, and maintain monitoring and observability tooling
• Instrument infrastructure, applications, and services for full-stack visibility
• Build dashboards and configure alerts for system health and incident response
• Integrate monitoring tools with incident management and ticketing systems
• Track and report on key IT health indicators and support capacity planning
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams to drive root-cause fixes
