Systems Engineer

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their team in Simsbury, CT. You will be responsible for developing highly reliable systems and devices by assessing, developing, and decomposing requirements to meet stakeholder goals. This role involves conceptualizing system architectures, driving technical solutions, and developing risk mitigation and verification plans.

• Develop highly reliable systems and devices
• Assess, develop, and decompose requirements
• Concept and trade system architectures

• Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs and IPT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense
