Senior Platform Engineer (IDP)

Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to enhance developer experience and infrastructure reliability. You will lead the design and implementation of an Internal Developer Platform, manage scalable Kubernetes environments, and leverage AI to automate complex workflows. This hybrid role in Toronto requires a strong software engineering background and expertise in cloud infrastructure.

• Lead IDP architecture and development for self-service capabilities
• Maintain and scale multi-region Azure/AKS environments with Terraform and ArgoCD
• Collaborate with application engineers on observability and reliability targets
• Build Python-based AI agents for automation and reducing team toil
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead Root Cause Analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for deployment and security
