Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

Lead a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for the platforms and systems powering a global engineering organization. This role involves hands-on technical leadership and people management, focusing on evolving cloud-native, containerized, and highly available infrastructure while building a high-performing team. Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders to reduce developer friction, enhance system reliability and security, and ensure infrastructure scales with business growth.

• Manage distributed infrastructure and software engineering teams, including hiring and career development
• Own and execute the platform and infrastructure roadmap
• Lead the shift towards cloud-native, containerized, and orchestrated environments
• Ensure core infrastructure, data, and messaging layers support global scale and availability
• Drive developer productivity initiatives to reduce friction and cycle time
• Partner with security and platform architecture peers on infrastructure decisions
