About this role
Lead a global team in designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable integrations for digital platforms and clinical research. You will set engineering standards, guide the shift to reusable solutions, and ensure integrations meet high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and mentor a global team of integration and platform engineers
- Provide technical oversight for SQL, Python, Talend, MuleSoft, Oracle SOA, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Set and enforce standards for API, file-based, database, event-driven, and cloud integrations
- Promote configuration and reuse to minimize bespoke development
- Ensure integrations meet requirements for scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability
- Advance CI/CD and DevOps maturity with automated testing and deployment
