Staff Site Reliability Engineer

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will apply software and systems engineering expertise to enhance the reliability, resilience, and scalability of our production services. You will partner with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle and provide technical leadership to identify and mitigate cross-service risks. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational health and performance of critical financial systems.

• Improve reliability, resilience, and scalability of production services
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and influence engineering decisions across multiple teams
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and observability strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, automation, and incident response
• Reduce operational toil through software and automation
