Software Engineer II - Platform Reliability Engineering (Remote)

As a Software Engineer II on the Platform Reliability Engineering team, you will ensure the resilience, performance, and security of our enterprise Cloud Platform. You will focus on automating infrastructure, monitoring, and testing, participating in incident response, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. This role involves collaborating with product teams to build and maintain highly available solutions.

• Ensure resilience, performance, and security of enterprise Cloud Platform
• Automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases
• Participate in incident triage and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to blameless postmortems and problem management
• Support Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for product teams
• Collaborate with partner RE and Enablement teams
