About this role

Join our team as a Senior Gateway Ops Engineer to manage Tencent's overseas Elastic IP and load balancing gateway platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end operations, including ticket resolution, deployments, on-call rotations, and incident management to ensure 24/7 security and reliability.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end operations of Elastic IP and load balancing gateway platform
Resolve user support tickets and manage critical incidents
Perform software deployments and participate in on-call rotations
Ensure 24/7 security and reliability for the production environment
Requires 3+ years of large-scale system operation and maintenance experience
Proficient in Linux/Unix and Python/Shell programming
