IT Infrastructure Engineer

ASML is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain organizational computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware and software, providing end-user training, and acting as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support contact for global issues. The position requires a customer-centered approach and strong technical skills in Windows operating systems and network communications.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile phones
• Provide support for Email, MS Office, enterprise applications, VPN, and other services
• Serve as Tier 1/Tier 2 point of contact for global support processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk
• Proficiency in network communications, MS Office, O365, and Windows
• Experience with computer build out, setup, imaging, and application installs
