Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Boeing is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to define and lead the reliability strategy for critical developer platforms. This role involves technical leadership across various tools and infrastructure, ensuring their security, reliability, and scalability. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and lead complex technical investigations.

• Define and lead SRE technical strategy for developer platforms
• Establish platform reliability architecture, standards, and SLIs/SLOs
• Serve as senior technical authority for reliability, performance, and security decisions
• Lead architecture and design reviews for developer tooling infrastructure
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code to reduce toil
• Mentor and technically guide SREs in operational excellence
