Senior Systems Engineer

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of next-generation RF technologies. This onsite role in El Segundo, CA involves algorithm design, modeling, simulation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex national defense challenges.

• Design, implement, and validate algorithms for RF digital signal processing, data fusion, target tracking
• Model and simulate sensor phenomenology for RF and EO/IR sensors
• Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware engineers on development and integration
• Develop automated analysis tools for large data sets
• Lead small work efforts and communicate progress to technical leads
• Requires Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience
