As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Danaher, you will be instrumental in ensuring the availability, performance, and operational maturity of our cloud-native platform and critical data/AI/ML services. This senior role involves setting reliability direction across teams, raising engineering standards through mentorship, and hands-on work to make complex distributed systems predictable.

Champion SRE practices at scale, establishing and monitoring SLOs and error budgets
Own end-to-end observability for cloud-native applications and infrastructure
Eliminate toil through automation and pipeline improvements
Lead incident response and conduct blameless postmortems
Partner with development teams to influence system design for operability and reliability
Set technical direction and mentor engineers across operating companies
