Site Reliability Engineer II

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will apply software and systems engineering expertise to enhance the reliability, resilience, and scalability of our production services. You will collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle, independently identify risks, automate operations, and guide key reliability decisions.

• Improve reliability, resilience, scalability, and operational health of production services
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle
• Independently identify reliability risks and automate operational tasks
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Enhance observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Reduce operational toil through software and automation
