Staff Systems Engineer

As a Staff Systems Engineer at Abbott, you will lead complex, novel programs and drive system-level solutions from concept to delivery. • Lead complex system engineering programs with significant novelty and cross-disciplinary integration
• Define system behaviors, investigate issues, and verify designs and products
• Translate customer and performance requirements into total system solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert for development teams on system behaviors and technologies
• Foster collaboration and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams and senior management
• Minimum 8 years of progressive systems engineering experience with product development
