Site Reliability Engineer - Grid Orchestration Software

As a Site Reliability Engineer for GridOS, you will ensure the reliability and efficient deployment of our energy distribution software solutions. You will combine software engineering and operations expertise to support customer implementations, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to significantly impact customer satisfaction and system performance.

• Integrate and test Grid Orchestration Software (GridOS) solutions
• Lead incident response and conduct post-incident analysis
• Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms
• Collaborate with software teams to enhance system resilience
• Drive improvements in disaster recovery, capacity planning, and architecture
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations
