What we are looking for

Monitor, triage, and resolve L2 incidents in Linux and OpenStack environments
Provide hands-on support for OpenStack Neutron (SDN) and Ironic (bare-metal)
Operate within a rotating shift framework for follow-the-sun coverage
Develop and refine standard operating procedures and technical runbooks
Collaborate with US Senior Engineers and EMEA development teams
Proven Linux/Unix systems administration and OpenStack experience
