Senior Platform Engineer - Army (FedD169/FedD170)

Defense Unicorns is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate product-aligned platform capabilities for their Army team. This role focuses on creating and managing persistent environments and integration layers to streamline software development, validation, and user experiences, reducing reliance on ad-hoc setups and enabling scalable product delivery.

• Design and operate always-on product environments for demos and internal use
• Build feature branch and preview environments for rapid feedback
• Integrate core system components across Fleet Management, Edge Management, and OS
• Reduce reliance on local environments by creating shared, reproducible infrastructure
• Improve system reliability through continuous, real-world usage and validation
• Partner with engineering, product, and UX to ensure environments reflect real user scenarios

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
