DraftKings is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to establish reliability standards and define measurement frameworks for critical services. You will partner with engineering teams to develop and refine Service Level Objectives, translate telemetry into actionable insights, and influence reliability practices across the organization. This individual contributor role requires technical expertise to shape a consistent reliability practice.

• Lead and mature the Service Level Objective development process
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement SLOs
• Connect infrastructure reliability targets to application and platform experiences
• Build reporting processes and tooling for reliability insights
• Influence reliability practices through technical guidance and mentoring
• Deep experience with observability platforms like Datadog
