AI & Digital Workplace Engineer

WME is seeking a senior AI and Digital Workplace Engineer to own the company's AI-enabled productivity and collaboration experience. This role involves selecting, deploying, and integrating AI tools, while also engineering and operating the underlying identity, endpoint, and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will be the senior technical voice on AI tooling and lead IT's own AI automation efforts.

• Engineer and operate Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, and SSO integrations
• Own identity lifecycle automation and access governance
• Manage endpoint devices across Windows and macOS
• Resolve complex M365 service issues
• Engineer AI capabilities within the digital workplace stack
• Lead incident response and drive continual service improvement
