DevOps Engineering Manager (D.C. Area)

Legion Intelligence is seeking a Manager of Deployment Engineering to lead a team responsible for deploying, operating, and sustaining software in customer environments. This player-coach role requires balancing customer commitments with platform stability and operational excellence, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and DevSecOps engineers
• Establish DevOps standards, operational processes, and team priorities
• Own operational readiness, deployment execution, platform reliability, and upgrade velocity
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment efficiency and operational reliability
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure new capabilities are deployable and supportable
• Engage directly with customer technical teams during deployment planning and escalation
