About this role
RTX is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer in McKinney, TX to join their Land Warfare and Missile Defense team. You will contribute to the design and development of complex Air and Missile Defense Systems, Sensors, and Effectors by performing system analysis, architecture, and design. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and experience with tools like Python and C++.
What we are looking for

- Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
- Decompose customer specifications into sub-system and piece part requirements
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation
- Experience with Python, C++, and Model Based Systems Engineering
