About this role

Danaher is seeking a Staff DevOps Automation Engineer to own the platform backbone for their AI initiatives, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations. You will collaborate with AI teams, set technical patterns, and define delivery infrastructure for LLM-driven workloads. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Data and AI Platform.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and automate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self-service capabilities for data scientists and engineers
Establish and manage platform operations, including observability, monitoring, and reliability practices
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities
Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior engineers
5+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering with cloud and DevOps tools
