Senior Systems Engineer

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to conduct system performance analysis, develop technical risk mitigation strategies, and design cross-platform systems. The role involves programming in both Windows and Linux environments for embedded systems and working directly with customers to address requirements and resolve issues. This is an onsite position requiring U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

• Conduct system performance analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Detail electrical design of cross-platform systems in a networked environment
• Program in Windows and Linux for embedded systems
• Generate system design and configuration management documentation
• Work directly with customers on training and requirements
• Requires Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience
