About this role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer to focus on capacity and demand planning across data centers and public cloud. You will translate future demand into clear capacity models and options by combining practical infrastructure experience with analytical thinking and strong internal customer relationships. This role involves proactive engagement with engineering, application, product, and business teams to drive capacity and cost discussions.

What we are looking for

Develop capacity and cost models for data center and public cloud environments
Validate sizing against production evidence, peak demand, and performance requirements
Account for hardware lifecycle, procurement lead times, and cloud constraints
Run a leadership-sponsored planning cadence and escalate issues early
Partner with FinOps engineers on rightsizing, reclamation, and cost analysis
Five+ years of practical infrastructure engineering or operations experience
