Staff Site Reliability Engineer

As a Staff SRE, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for the reliability, security, and observability of Equinix's digital interconnection platforms. You will define reliability standards, lead complex designs, and manage incident response for critical applications and their underlying infrastructure, working with global teams to enhance service dependability and operability.

• Define and drive SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for reliability improvements
• Lead incident response for critical events and conduct blameless post-mortems
• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes platforms on AWS and bare metal
• Develop and enhance CI/CD, GitOps pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Extend observability stack across services and hardware layers
• Automate operational tasks using AI-assisted tooling
