About this role
Zscaler is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of their cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. This hybrid role involves debugging production issues, automating infrastructure, and driving platform resilience for large-scale Linux/BSD fleets and Kubernetes clusters. You will collaborate with engineering teams to maintain high availability and lead incident response.
What we are looking for
6- Own systems-level reliability and performance of Zscaler's infrastructure
- Debug live production issues at OS and network level
- Write production-grade automation using Python and Ansible
- Operate end-to-end telemetry and define SLOs
- Perform architectural reviews and capacity planning
- Partner with Engineering and Networking teams
