As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of integrations supporting our EV site operations. You will monitor services, resolve incidents, maintain AWS-based integrations, and contribute to automation efforts. What we are looking for

Support reliability, availability, and performance of EV site integrations and cloud services
Monitor services, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents across interconnected systems
Maintain and enhance AWS-based integrations, APIs, and services
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatch and Grafana
Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, etc.)
Scripting experience with Node.js and/or Bash
