About this role

Lead a team of DevOps engineers in designing, building, and operating scalable cloud-native systems. This player-coach role focuses on improving infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability to accelerate delivery and enhance system resilience.

Lead DevOps and SRE practices
Own CI/CD systems and cloud-native infrastructure
Design and build cloud infrastructure (AWS, EKS)
Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Mentor and lead a team of engineers
