Senior Systems Engineer

KBR is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead platform integration of network-enabled mission systems and advanced aviation capabilities for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This role involves technical leadership in integrating, testing, and fielding mission-critical network and communications capabilities for naval aviation operations. You will perform systems engineering analysis across complex architectures, ensuring interoperability and mission effectiveness while balancing constraints and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Lead systems engineering for network-centric and mission systems integration
• Perform functional analysis and develop technical solutions
• Evaluate subsystem interfaces and ensure interoperability
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide technical direction to government and contractor teams
• Assess emerging networking and data-link technologies
