IT Operations Specialist - Tier 3

Join CACI's IT Operations team supporting intelligence customers with cutting-edge IT services and infrastructure modernization. You will provide Tier 3 support, incident analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting for a global, 24/7 operations team, ensuring optimal infrastructure utilization and continuous service improvement.

• Provide Tier 3 support including incident analysis and troubleshooting
• Perform maintenance, updates, and patch management for infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze capacity and performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Develop test cases and scripts for new designs
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base artifacts

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
