Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Join SimCorp as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer and play a key role in operating and enhancing our Azure-based SaaS platform. You will directly contribute to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our critical systems, working hands-on with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production environments. • Hands-on SRE work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production systems
• Define, own, and report on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; manage error budgets
• Lead cost optimization efforts and implement FinOps practices
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation systems, including AI-driven approaches
• Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of best practices and new technologies
