About this role

Faire is seeking a GTM AI & Systems Engineer to build and operate intelligent systems, integrations, and automations for their go-to-market revenue organization. This role focuses on designing, building, and shipping AI agents and workflows to reduce manual work for the sales team and leverage data across the customer lifecycle. You will partner closely with various teams to implement AI-first solutions and ensure their reliability and adoption.

Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations for GTM motions
Own and extend core Salesforce and GTM systems architecture
Partner with data teams on the GTM data layer for automated actions
Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and automation
Establish standards for AI implementation, data quality, and guardrails
Track and integrate emerging AI and automation tooling
