About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you will ensure the availability, scalability, and efficiency of our production services on Google Cloud Platform. You'll apply software engineering principles to infrastructure challenges, focusing on GitOps deployments, alert triage, and observability using tools like Grafana and AIOps platforms. This entry-level role is ideal for those with strong OS and networking fundamentals looking to grow in a dynamic cloud environment.

What we are looking for

Deploy and manage containerized applications using ArgoCD and GitOps
Triage and resolve infrastructure, OS, application, and network alerts
Troubleshoot network connectivity and latency issues across all layers
Diagnose OS bottlenecks on GKE worker nodes
Utilize AIOps platforms for event correlation and anomaly detection
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response using Grafana
