About this role

SS&C is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring the operational health, reliability, and availability of a FedRAMP High cloud platform, combining SRE practices with advanced L3 production support. You will use automation and engineering best practices to reduce operational toil and improve service resilience.

Ensure operational health, reliability, and availability of FedRAMP High cloud platform
Act as L3 escalation point for advanced production support
