IT Engineer

Thinking Machines Lab is seeking an IT Engineer to be the primary onsite IT resource for their New York office. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, employee onboarding/offboarding, identity and access management, and supporting office technology. You will collaborate with the San Francisco IT team to maintain consistent systems and security standards across locations.

• Serve as primary onsite IT resource for New York office
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer Okta for identity and access management
• Manage office infrastructure including networks and security systems
• Support A/V, events, and device fleet management
• Collaborate with distributed IT and Security team
