Senior Deployment and Site Reliability Engineer

Join our GridBeats™ team as a Senior Deployment and Site Reliability Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in bringing our innovative grid automation software to customer operations. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves deploying, commissioning, and upgrading complex software systems in diverse environments, acting as the key technical escalation point for critical issues. You will ensure the reliability and performance of our software in real-world utility settings, directly impacting grid resilience.

• Deploy, commission, and upgrade complex software in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Serve as the technical escalation point for high-severity incidents and drive root cause analysis
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes operations, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code
• Manage critical production issues end-to-end under customer-facing pressure
• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for system health
• Author technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and customers
