IT Operations Specialist - Tier 3

Join CACI's global 24/7 operations team supporting intelligence customer IT services. This Tier 3 role involves incident analysis, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and operability.

• Provide Tier 3 support for infrastructure, devices, products, and solutions
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and break/fix
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, updates, and patch management
• Monitor capacity, performance, and service-level metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams and government stakeholders
• Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base artifacts

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
