About this role

Baxter is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the 24x7 availability and performance of customer-facing digital health applications and platforms hosted on Azure. You will be responsible for cloud administration, monitoring, defining operational processes, and collaborating with DevOps to automate infrastructure and deployments in a regulated environment.

What we are looking for

Ensure 24x7 availability and business continuity for customer-facing applications on Azure
Administer and monitor Azure resources, including VMs, databases, and networking
Define and document security, privacy, and compliance standards for cloud solutions
Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
Establish and monitor Operations SLAs, KPIs, and infrastructure/application dashboards
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes with DevOps
