Senior IT Systems Engineer

NexHealth is seeking a Staff IT Systems Engineer to manage and secure critical business applications and optimize employee lifecycle operations. This role involves technical expertise in security, process automation, and scaling IT systems to support organizational growth.

• Develop and maintain scalable IAM systems with self-service capabilities
• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Oversee network, device lifecycle management, and AV conferencing
• Implement proactive IT system monitoring for performance and security
• Drive corporate security initiatives including Zero Trust Access and EDR
• Support compliance efforts with IT documentation and evidence
