Build and lead a team of 11 engineers for Tier 2 operational support
Define and enforce onboarding requirements and operational standards
Serve as escalation path for complex incidents and infrastructure recovery
Manage deployments and access for restricted environments (FedRAMP/GovCloud)
7+ years in DevOps/SRE/operations with 3+ years in people leadership
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC
