Site Reliability Engineer / DevSecOps Engineer

OpenTeams is seeking a Site Reliability/DevSecOps Engineer to build and manage secure AI/ML platform delivery pipelines for government clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the supply chain, ensuring hardened release artifacts, automated compliance evidence, and robust system reliability. The position requires a strong understanding of security-as-code and experience with regulated environments.

• Build and operate secure CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML platforms
• Own the end-to-end software supply chain, including signing and SBOMs
• Integrate vulnerability management and continuous monitoring
• Ensure compliance with formal security frameworks like RMF
• Define and track SLOs, manage observability, and lead incident response
• Experience with air-gapped or disconnected environments is crucial
