Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Beacon team in Mumbai. This role focuses on building internal tools and automation to monitor, diagnose, and support a growing fleet of client deployments across AWS and Azure. You will drive standardization, improve observability, and convert manual processes into automated solutions to enhance client onboarding and support efficiency.

• Build internal tools and automation in Python for monitoring and diagnostics
• Drive standardization and remediation of configuration and infrastructure drift
• Improve fleet-wide observability with monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
• Automate manual diagnostic and remediation steps by converting runbooks to code
• Extend provisioning and deployment pipelines using Terraform
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to identify and eliminate operational toil
