Engineer - Systems

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their product development team. This role involves ensuring the successful development of specialty trucks and access equipment by translating customer requirements into integrated system solutions. You will work with various engineering disciplines on future technology, including hybrid and electric vehicles, and autonomous systems.

• Draft, review, and release requirements specification documents
• Support requirements, design, and verification team projects
• Lead the creation of user need requirements and decomposition
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple disciplines
• Establish system architecture and CONOPS
• Author requirements documentation in MagicDraw, Jama Connect, or similar
