About this role

Ace is seeking an ECM Platform Engineer to support enterprise content management platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. You will be responsible for the full platform lifecycle, including new initiatives, system enhancements, deployments, administration, troubleshooting, and production support.

What we are looking for

Provide L1/L2 support for IBM FileNet, Datacap, Content Navigator, and WebSphere applications
Troubleshoot user issues related to login, document viewing, uploading, workflows, and integrations
Monitor system health, performance, and availability across ECM and supporting platforms
Perform routine health checks, basic configuration updates, and post-deployment validations
Assist with authentication and security issues (Kerberos, SPNEGO, SSO, certificates)
Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues for knowledge base improvement
