Site Reliability Engineer

Wiley is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of their software systems. You will use monitoring, automation, and incident-management practices to improve system stability and support efficient software delivery, collaborating with development and operations teams.

• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and reliability
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code
• Support CI/CD pipelines and improve build/deployment processes
• Respond to and resolve system incidents, participating in on-call rotations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with teams to improve system performance
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred
