Director, Site Reliability Engineer

AssetMark is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead our Azure-hosted enterprise environment. You will own the strategy and operating model for SRE and observability, ensuring the reliability, performance, and resilience of our critical systems. This role requires a blend of leadership, Azure expertise, and a passion for client-obsessed reliability.

• Define and execute enterprise SRE and observability strategy on Azure
• Establish standards for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
• Lead reliability practices across Azure IaaS and native services
• Drive real-time monitoring and operational excellence
• Partner with development teams to improve application reliability
• Provide technical leadership during complex production incidents
